COLOUR CONSULTATIONS.

All new Colour clients are asked to attend a free 15 minute consultation where I can discuss all your colour options, and apply a patch test. Then an appointment can be made for the service you require or you can Book Online  .

A 25% deposit will be taken on your Colour appointment to secure the booking

BOOKING, CANCELATION & DEPOSITS.

A 25% booking fee will be taken upon booking online and in salon, to secure your appointment.

We require no less than 48 hours to amend or cancel any appointment, any less will result in a loss of the booking fee.

Failure to attend, or notify the salon of any cancellations for whatever reason, the full service charge will be taken automatically via Phorest Pay. We do not need to notify you this will be taken. All arreaers must be paid in full before a new appointment can be made.

We do not refund any guest until we have seen & been given the opportunity to amend any issues, which must be brought to our attention within 72 hours.


We do not downgrade any appointments on the day for any reason.
